Manager: Benefits and Service Conditions
Salary: R495 603 – R 583 800 p.a. inclusive of benefits

Candidates should hold a B degree or 3 year tertiary qualification in the relevant field coupled 1-2 years
management experience in Human Capital Management; Knowledge of Oracle and other HR system,
policies and prescripts, computer literacy and a valid driver’s licence are essential.
The incumbent will be responsible for the overall management of the Sub-Unit: Human capital
Maintenance, including business, budget and resource plan development/implementation, as well as staff
management / development; Research, develop, consult/negotiate, manage, market/communicate and
monitor the implementation of human capital maintenance solutions in line with best practice, related to
remuneration, service benefits and conditions of service; Manage the implementation of salary and
service conditions and benefits on the payroll; Manage the implementation of service termination,
incapacity and ill health procedure as well as leave arrangement; Provide management information and
develop various reports and solutions on trends; Manage tender and SLA to the Unit’s service offering;
Develop/implement strategies to ensure optimization of the Unit service delivery, resource utilization and
client satisfaction index.
