Key Responsibilities

Understudy the Production Team Leader and assist with:
Managing, Leading and Training a team
Managing Basic Disciplines
Stock Control
Continuous Improvement Projects

Education & Experience

Diploma in Wood Technology/ Science or related
Knowledge of wood technology and industry
Wood industry experience (if possible)
Wood machinery experience (if possible)
Supervisory experience (if possible)

Competencies

Team player
Able to lead a team
Good communicator
Willingness to learn
