Job Summary

This role works with and across the GE Healthcare matrix including Marketing, Communications, Sales and Modality teams to develop and implement Marketing and Communication strategies for key corporate, region or cross P&L initiatives and programs. It will also interface with the respective regional GGO Communications Teams in the execution of defined programs to support GE’s company-to-country strategic objectives.
Essential Responsibilities

•Responsible for supporting the integration of all corporate directives into Marketing Communications, including high level branding and positioning, cross P&L and care area programs in advertising, exhibits, sales and marketing collateral, promotion materials, web and customer targeted meetings and events – coordinating with Distributors, global advertising, exhibits and web teams as needed.
•Leading and coordinating plan development and implementation leveraging dedicated and matrix reporting Marketing Communications support and outside vendors. Ensuring integration of Public Relations and Internal GEHC Communications into planning as appropriate. Following-up with local team to determine program success and report program results to marketing.
•Work as an extension to the EAGM Communications team in defining and working with GGO and local PR agencies to execute on messaging, PR, internal and org communications and thought-leadership programs.
•Partners with GEHC Communications and Region and Product Marketing to develop consistent messaging aligned with market needs.
•Develop & implement annual marketing communications plan for all GTM campaigns and initiatives.
•Develop and lead demand generation programs
•Responsible for developing and implementing the regional web and digital media strategy.
•Leverage new channels, techniques and identifying unique, attention getting Marketing Communications strategies to support the marketing objectives for the businesses. Integrate with peers to help ensure consistency of approach and integration of best practices.
•Develop simple and creative strategies from complex marketing objectives and content.
•Continually evaluate processes and strategies to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of programs and tools designed for both the market and sales force.



•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
•5+ years of experience in advertising or marketing communications or related field
•Experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate financial information in a easy to understand manner;
•Able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing to multiple audiences and channels
•Leadership and influence skills
•Fluent in both, English and French
•Ability to work under pressure and to deal with ambiguity
Desired Characteristics

•Degree in Marketing
• 8+ years’ experience in marketing, advertising or a related field
•Advertising or PR Agency experience will be beneficial
•Proven track record of delivery to tight budgets and timelines
•Healthcare product/industry acumen
•In-depth knowledge of product offerings and commercial processes
•Leadership skills to shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy
•Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas
•Strong analytical and process skills
•Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
