Our client a growing technology solution and internet services orginasation is looking for a self-motivated and energised IT Support Engineer to join their team based in Sandton, Gauteng. The successful candidate must come with atleast 5 years Technical Support experience.

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Minimum Requirements
Essential: Matric.
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
Essential: A+ and N+.
Beneficial: CCNA of MTCNA (Mikrotik).
Beneficial: Microsoft 365 Certified.

Technical Requirements:

VMWare,
HyperV,
Proxmox,
Networking,
Firewall,
2 to 3 years’ experience in MCSA, Office 365 and IOP.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting computer problems and determining the source, as well as advising on or perform appropriate corrective action, onsite and remotely.
Assisting with project-based work when required.
Coordinating with third party vendors to resolve or complete open incidents or projects.
Responsible for the configuration, the setup, the maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software.
Tasked with the maintenance of firewall and giving Office 365 support.
