The Graduate Programme equips successful applicants with knowledge of, and skills in, the functioning of the fast-changing and important financial sector in general and, specifically, the role of the central bank in the economy.

Graduates will be stationed at the Bank’s Head Office in Pretoria from mid-January to December 2017.
During this period they will receive intensive work-based learning offered by the South African Reserve Bank Academy (SARB Academy).
Graduates will be permanently appointed into a department within the Bank, on a 12-month probation period.
Graduates will receive a competitive salary for the duration of the programme.
