We’re seeking a confident Senior Technical Recruiter looking to relocate to Singapore and expand their recruitment experience on an international platform.
All relocation costs will be covered.
Job Title: Senior IT Technology Recruitment Consultant
Duties & Responsibilities:
You’ll work on multinational recruitment projects within the IT Technical space with globally recognized brands and the fastest growing startups. As a key player in our expanding business, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a team of hugely experienced and highly successful recruiters.
Your day to day;
It goes without saying that every day won’t be the same but here’s a few things you’re likely to spend your time with us doing. You’ll be;
managing the recruitment cycle for mid-senior level hires
identifying, sourcing and developing talent pools
managing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
identifying potential new partners and exploring new avenues for business development
Whilst each of our employees come from varying backgrounds and unique experiences there are a few things we’d love to see you check the boxes on;
You’ll be a self-starter – we’ll give you all the tools and support you need to get started but your ability to move proactively will determine your long-term success
You’ll have at least 5 years’ experience in tech recruitment
You’ll hold a strong ability to evolve and adapt
You’ll be empathic; able to understand, listen to and engage with clients, candidates, and colleagues
You’ll be confident dealing with senior stakeholders both internally and externally
