The Customer Solution Manager is a new and important role in our organization.
This professional will have the capabilities to create win-win solutions with both customers and business, seeking for true innovation, value added services, solutions and programs aligned with customer needs and driving the business.
The Customer Solution Manager will interact with many different stakeholders, both externally and internally (local and regional) and will be in the forefront of transformation providing added value to our key customers, supporting directly key franchises.
University degree from accredited University
Health care economics or business administration education/experience
A minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience
Experience in solution design, project management
Exposure to hospital environment & key account management would be considered an asset
Business proficiency in English as well as native/business proficient in Hungarian
International experience would be a definite advantage
New thinking on designing and implementing solutions around customer needs
High level of analytical skills
Demonstrates business acumen
Strong strategic insight, with capability to translate insights into concrete action steps
Full of energy and ideas, not limited by boundaries of traditional approaches
Can do mentality – problem solving
Brings positive intelligence into the work environment
Strong and impactful communicator
