Job Title: Bookkeeper 
Job Location: Cape Town

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly Cash Books
• Ensuring capturing of expenses under correct GL Account and Cost Centres
• Maintenance of Balance Sheet account schedules
• Invoicing
• Petty Cash
• Payments on Internet Banking System
• Pastel Accounting and Payroll preparations

Requirements:

• Five to eight years bookkeeping experience preferably in an NGO Sector of which one to two years have involved monthly finalization of book accounts in a reputed organisation
• Driver’s License
• Bookkeeping Diploma / Certificate
• Must have knowledge of Pastel Accounting
• Must have contactable references
• Must have a clear credit record
