Job Title: Finance Admin
Job Location: Port Elizabeth
This is a temp maternity relieve position
Responsibilities:
- Manage and do monthly recons
- Accounting for cash disbursements
- Assist with budgeting
- Verify monthly statistics with supporting documents at site level
- Deal with petty cash
- Daily handle register and payroll documents
- HR Administration filing of all employee’s contracts
- Receive and verify invoices and requisitions
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents
- Manage the weekly cheque and Record all cheques
- Maintain a filing system for all financial documents
- Review and verify travel claims

- Attend meetings and networking events in the absence of the Programme Manager
- Prepare follow up on coordinators and project teams to submit statistics on time
- Verify statistics with reports in files before submission
- Assist PM with planning and implementation for the DOH, DSD, URC, other quarterly reports
- Assist in collating the information from the 12 projects 12 coordinators for monthly report
- Provide administrative support and create filing for all Government agreements
- Coordinate the maintenance of the satellite offices and Isibindi sites and conduct regular visits
Requirements:
- Computer literacy, ( Pastel, Excel, Word and Internet)
- Must have Grade 12 Certificate / Finance Diploma
- Organised, Reliable and naturally proactive
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of budgeting
- Knowledge about petty cash
- Ability to work independently and in a team
