Employer: 

Our client in the FMCG sector is looking for a Receptionist with creditors duties to join their team in Port Elizabeth/Coega.

 

Duties:

• Basic reception duties
• Booking of couriers domestic and international
• Placing monthly stationary order and distribution to staff and completing GRVs
• Processing stock entries in Pastel
• Placing weekly staff orders
• Logging calls for faulty phones
• Updating SR and pro forma invoice register (samples)
• Issuing of company stationary and maintenance of register
• PA duties for FM, GM, MD
• Secretarial work typing / filing etc.

 

Requirements:

• Own vehicle is essential.
