The responsibilities of a Market Research Executive are to ensure the smooth running of research projects from commissioning to final presentation. As well as to build a strong day to day working relationship with the clients that the team services thereby continually build technical expertise as a market researcher and apply it to the work you do for Millward Brown. This then enables Millward Brown to offer client service and levels of research expertise that are second to none.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design projects under supervision
  • Contribute to the writing of proposals
  • Design samples
  • Questionnaire design and management
  • Preparing fieldwork materials
  • Specking and checking of code frames
  • Data specking and checking
  • Liaising with operational departments
  • Analysing data and starting to draw together drafts for presentation
  • Checking and proof reading presentations
  • Travel to client meetings as and when required (may require overnight trips)
  • Starting to present and run parts of client meetings

 Skills
 Technical Competencies required:
  • Pc literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent English writing and verbal skills
  • Level appropriate research skills (qualitative/quantitative as dictated by the team currently recruiting)
Previous experience of:
  • At least one year’s relevant market research experience in a research agency, client company, or management or marketing consultancy.
  • A passion for brands and advertising is a must, a curiosity as to understand consumer thinking and opinion and a desire to advise clients how to improve their brands performance in the market place.
 Education
  • 3 year degree, preferably in Research, marketing, business, economics of social sciences
