Job Title: Online Assessor, Facilitator and Moderator SAQA ID 50080 – FETC: Project Management Level 4 Independent Contractor

Job Summary:
The position of (Assessor & Moderator) is in the College and in this position the candidate would be responsible for the assessment of online learner portfolios, conducting pre-assessment meetings.

The primary role of the assessor is to assess candidates’ performance and/or related
knowledge in a range of tasks and to ensure that the competence and/or knowledge
demonstrated meets the requirements of the unit standards and learning objectives.

The role of the moderator would be to ensure that assessments are in line with the principles of National Qualification Framework (NQF), through moderation processes.

Preference will be given to applicants from designated groups, and appointments will be made in line with our EE requirements.

Must be registered as a Services Seta Assessor for the FETC: Project Management Level 4

Requirements
Education & Experience Requirements:
•Proof of Assessor / or Moderator registration with Services Seta
•Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an assessor
•Proof of Assessor / or Moderator registration with Services Seta
•Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a moderator
•Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Facilitator
•Ability to use technology)
•High Level verbal and written communication skills
•It would be an advantage to have Moodle experience
