Position Purpose
Ensure that quality standards are met in terms of Compliance, FAIS
requirements and advice in Sales.


Experience & Qualifications
Grade 12
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Minimum of 120 NQF level 5 wealth management credits an advantage.


Work Output
Internal Collaboration Effective and consistent service delivery and support to all internal clients
Internal Process:
Ensure that all processes, product and procedures are documented and updated with relevant changes
Assisting in daily sales operational processes and procedures for agents and planners
Assist with the recruitment process when required
QA’s are up to date with all relevant products, legislation, processes and systems
Identify training needs and escalate
Ensure all agents are trained and made aware of the QC process
Provide ad hoc training as and when required (systems, product changes and processes)
Quality Assurance:
Identify and escalate coaching needs in terms of products soft skills and Compliance knowledge
Ensuring compliance and quality measures are carried out by agents and planners
Ensuring correct processes and procedures are adhere to in terms of quality assurance (MFP Advice)
Right information and documents according to specifications: FAIS documents, signatures, etc
Listen to calls and ensure quality
Manage, analyse, compile and report on reports:
Scorecard Sheets (Daily, weekly, monthly) – Escalated to
management coaching
Agent Quality Activity File (Daily)
Manage, analyse, compile and report on reports (Multiply):
Agent Quality Report (Daily, monthly, weekly)
QC train/fail report (Daily, weekly, monthly)
