Location: Remote, 2pm-11pm to service EST hours

Experience
- 2+ Years previous experience in a Technical Support role
- 1+ Year Working Overseas with US Company
Skill Set:
- Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing environments.
