OUTPUTS:
(Products, services, programs and information which the individual must provide to external individuals or groups, or one another to accomplish the organisation’s mission and strategy)

• Perform accurate monitoring of Electronic Programme Guide across all platforms
• Perform On-Air updates to un-communicated schedule changes
• Perform first line support in resolving any problems encountered
• Report, escalate and follow up on incidents till resolved
• Feedback to business on reported incidents
• Escalation of incidents to the relevant departments, stakeholders or businesses
• Effective logging and reporting of incidents
• Perform tests according to approved Test Plans
• Liaise and communicate with ECD to resolve issues
• Collate and report EPG complaints logged on external sources like DStv Forum &
• HelloPeter.
