To achieve targets set forth within the key accounts sales department and assist in maximising the sales team’s/company’s potential. Develop and implement strategies to build/maintain new/existing fruitful relationships with relevant stakeholders/customers as required.

Responsibilities:
External Sales:
Build customer relationship (End customer and dealer).
Achieve 100% of sales turnover target by the end of each month.
Achieve 100% of product target on a YTD timeframe.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans and activities as required to meet sales goals.
Identify treats, opportunities and trends concerning key accounts and communicate information regarding this to relevant company team members.
Network, develop and follow up on business leads.
Analyse sales statistics to determine sales potentials.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitor’s status.
SWOT analysis.
Manage customer’s expectations.
Requirements:
Qualification and Experience:
Matric
Sales and/or Marketing Diploma advantageous
At least 3 years’ sales experience or similar level
Experience in corporate sale, government, and SITA (Advantageous)
Corporate client base (Advantageous)
Skills and Knowledge:
Superior people skills
Excellent motivational skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Networking skills
Corporate key accounts management
Computer knowledge, specifically MS office applications
Adequate knowledge of sales principles
ICT industry knowledge
Establishing sales lead, building, and maintaining customer/stakeholder relationships
