Responsible to meet all the administrative requirements and deadlines of the online account thereby enabling the Sales Executive to focus on external requirements such as client visits. Responsible for liaising with customers as and when necessary ensuring an uninterrupted sales process and maintaining a high level of service.

•Providing uninterrupted and professional customer support by responding appropriately to group e-mails and taking overflow calls as necessary.
•Take accurate and detailed messages when handling calls on behalf of Sales Executive.
•Process reseller orders as and when necessary.
•Assist end-users with product queries.
•Assist with Account Queries, keeping records on file.
•Liaise with Mustek Product Managers and reseller buyers and their assistants.
•Ensure complete accuracy on all quotations and orders to avoid manual credits.
•Meet any Account specific administrative requirements accurately and on time.
•Compile daily stock list checking stock details on Mustek Studio to submit to reseller with complete accuracy.
•Complete POs (purchase orders) by adding invoice numbers the day after the order have been delivered.
•Prepare listing portfolio by verifying latest product information to draw up Word Documents of products to be listed.
•Capturing data in Excel spreadsheets in the prescribed format as required for the listings submitted to TAL.
•Follow up on listings, making sure it is live on the TAK website and the information is correct.
•Completing all verifications and cross checks for return of incorrectly delivered stock.
•Completing all verifications and cross checks to complete RFC (Return for Credit) procedures timeously.
•Arrange RFC and returns collections for both Cape Town and Midrand, and after collection check documents for accuracy.
•Send pricelists to buyers monthly.
•Keep track of discontinued stock and mail buyers to remove such stock from the website.
•Keep track of top up stock.
•Book Cape Town deliveries.
•Carry out quality checks on TAL stock couriered from Midrand and liaise with the buyers regarding incorrect barcodes.
•Carry out any other administrative duties within the TAL Group as discussed and assigned from time to time to assist the Sales Executive with the work flow.
•Ensuring that quality management procedures (ISO requirements) are correctly followed at all times.
•Maintaining professional customer focus in all tasks.
•Improve on procedures and tracking systems where possible to ensure the best possible flow of all work.
•Keeping abreast with the latest technology and products by attending all scheduled in-house sales training
Qualifications and Experience:
.At least 2 year’s sales administration experience.
.Experience within ICT industry would be advantageous
Mustek product offering knowledge
.Computer literate, especially competent in Outlook and Excel.
.Mustek systems, processes and procedures.
.Data entry skills
.Excellent communications skills
.Adept in working on Mustek systems
.Promoting Mustek products and services
.Understanding and meeting customer needs
