The service stores clerk: Field support administrator is primarily responsible for administration and maintaining stock levels in service stores and doing monthly cycle checks as well as administrating the process of field support assigned to Durban branch

•Check all stock loaned to technicians .
•Book in stock returned
•Follow up on stock ordered for repairs
•Processing quotes at the customer’s request
•Update job card
•Follow up with customers awaiting feedback on quotes, stock and update notes on Mustek system also update customer on progress daily.
•Invoicing spares to correct dealers and service jobs accurately
•Responsible for stock count process, draw stock report for Service Stores and conduct Stock take Monthly.
•Use correct write off process and reason for warranty or no warranty items.
•Reduce and maintain supplier claims stock holding inventory
Field Support Administration :
•Acknowledge and administrate all Field support calls assigned to Durban branch
•Assign call outs to technicians daily with the allocated stock needed for the onsite call
•It is imperative to update the support system daily with all relevant information
Qualifications and Experience:
.1 year admin/stores/warehousing experience
.Warehouse/supply chain diploma preferred
.Valid Drivers license
.Basic knowledge of general administrative processes
.Good knowledge of facility layout
.Good people skills
