Duties

• Provide support to Promotions and Events Coordinator.
• Ensure that the Club Member’s Desk is adequately managed at all times.
• Keep the Promotions and Events Co-ordinator informed of all activities at all times.
• Develop, assist and monitor promotions and events.
• Assist & co-ordinate promotions, gaming floor promotions, loyalty club promotions, traffic generating events.
• Co-ordinate production of printed promotional material in accordance to the Gaming Act requirements.
• Assist with the preparation of the loyalty club newsletters.
• Manage the performance of sub-ordinates.
• Organise and supervise the erection of décor and displays in accordance to WCGRB Rules.
• Maintain calendar of all scheduled promotions and events in order to ensure that event / promotion files are in order and contain the proper information.
• Ensure adherence to all ICS procedures and WCGRB Rules.
• Perform marketing related duties as requested.
