NACOSA is a network of over 1,600 community organisations working together to turn the tide on HIV, AIDS and TB in Southern Africa. NACOSA strengthens community systems by building the capacity of organisations and people, promoting dialogue between sectors and channeling funding to deliver quality health and social services to key and vulnerable groups of people.

We focus on those most affected by HIV, AIDS and TB: vulnerable children, young women and girls, sex workers, people who inject drugs, people experiencing gender based violence and other key and vulnerable groups.

NACOSA is looking for an experienced senior manager to provide technical expertise and leadership to ensure that its grant deliverables are met.

Responsibilities:

The person will be responsible for managing a multi-million rand grant that includes four HIV/AIDS programmes implemented over 7 provinces; overseeing a large staff complement and budget. We are looking for a candidate with disease component expertise coupled with excellent operational management experience and a proven ability to produce results and meet objectives under demanding circumstances.
