Job Description
Logging of all production and supplier non-conformances and follow up on action plans.
Co-ordinate Service level agreement for key raw material suppliers and site contractors.
Audit Quality, Food Safety, Safety and Environmental Management System in the Plant.
Timeous feedback on findings/ deviations to relevant personnel.
Liaise with suppliers on calibration – adherence to schedule.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Improve general QA; food safety, safety and environmental awareness and adherence to relevant legislative requirements.
Statistical process control and Q-Pulse maintenance.
Maintain high standard of general safety and housekeeping.

Job Requirements
Have a relevant tertiary qualification (N.D Analytical Chemistry; Biotechnology, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Environmental etc).
B.Tech in Quality/Safety or TQM will be an added advantage
Have effective QMS eg, ISO 9001:2008; EMS eg ISO14001; Safety eg OHSAS 18001 and Food safety systems knowledge and practical experience.
Have the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently (i.e. compiling and analysing reports).
Have excellent Computer Skills.
