A vacancy for a National Call Centre Agent: Out Of Home Wholesale has become available within Ciro. The National Call Centre Agent will be based at the Ciro KZN Offices in Westmead. The National Call Centre Agent will report to the National Sales & Marketing Manager – Out Of Home Wholesale.
Minimum Requirements…
Experience:
at least 2 years catering wholesale experience
relevant food service customer and product knowledge
Qualifications:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Knowledge:
Experience and understanding of OOH sales environment
Competencies:
Communicate clearly
Work with others
Deliver customer service
Analyse and solve problems
Remain composed and resilient

Key Performance Areas:
Target achievement:
Achievement of monthly budgeted targets by value, volume and margin
Maintain and develop existing business within a region
Identify customer growth opportunities
Monitor service level report daily
Monitor orders vs stock availability & manage demand correctly
Monitor call lists vs strike rate on a daily basis
Use deals provided by Key accounts to sell
Manage process of sell in prior to price increases
Address all pricing and delivery issues
Sell in new lines and increase the basket
Effective administration:
Pull sales reports
Ensure communication with regard to dropped orders takes place as instructed
Ensure the proper procedure is followed when opening new accounts
Ensure any customer details are up to date at all times
E-mail / sms deals to Reps as agreed
Ensure opposition and trade information is communicated
Free stock tracking to be up to date at all times
Monitor shortfall vs target
Ensure on time deliveries:
Ensure Nominated Order Day and Nominated Delivery Days are aligned
Monitor and understand distributor’s daily delivery reports
Prevent same day deliveries
Effective customer and Principal relationships:
Ensure a good working relationship is maintained with both our customers, Sales Consultants and National Sales & marketing Manager
Communicate all issues and provide solutions where possible, i.e. failed deliveries, out of stocks etc.
Ensure call centre call lists are aligned with the Sales Consultants call cycles
Handle all queries, internal and external in a professional and effective manner
