ASSISTANT DIRECTOR: ADMINISTRATION (x5) (CONTRACT ENDING 01
SEPTEMBER 2015 – 31 AUGUST 2017) REF NO: NDOH 101/2015
SALARY : R337 998 per annum (plus 37% in lieu of benefits).
CENTRE : Chief Directorate: Technical Policy and Planning: Bloemfontein(1), Kimberley (1),
Klerksdorp (1), Pietermaritzburg (1), Polokwane (1)

REQUIREMENTS : A Bachelor’s degree/National diploma/equivalent NQF 6 in Public Administration
or any relevant Administration qualification .At least three (3) years experience
and knowledge in administration environment .Knowledge of modern principles,
methods and practices relating to public administration; governmental budgeting
and financial principles and practices; application of the Public Finance
Management Act (PFMA) and treasury regulations Knowledge of the
departmental policies and regulations will be an added advantage .Good
communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and computer (MS Word, MS
Excel and PowerPoint) skills .A valid driver’s license.
DUTIES : Control of documentations within the unit .Ensures effective and efficient financial
and human resource management .Arrange meetings, workshops, functions,
accommodation and travel for officials .Maintain a filing system to the unit
.Manage risk, audit queries within the area of work
