Job Title: Operations Executive
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa

Job Summary:
To execute the National Operational Strategy in alignment with the overall organisational strategic objectives through service excellence, effective people and cost management whilst mitigating risk.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Collaborate with all functional executives in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans that promote company growth
Set strategic goals for operational efficiency, improved quality outcomes and superior customer service
Maximize efficiency through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration
Work with the Finance Executive in the development of financial and budgetary plans
Analyse current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary
Board level communication and reporting

Requirements:
Relevant qualification within a specialist area (Registered Nurse Clinical Technologist) equivalent to NQF 7.
Registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse/ Midwife or Registration with HPCSA as a Clinical Technologist (Independent Practice)
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field will be advantageous
10+ years senior leadership role in the renal industry
Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, operations, and people management
Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency
Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines
Experience with budget and business plan development
Superior negotiation skills in both internal and external settings
Masterful organisational, communication and leadership skills demonstrated by previous professional success.
Strong working knowledge of data analysis using available business management software.
