NBC Holdings (Pty) Ltd (NBC) is the first black-owned and managed employee benefits company in South Africa. NBC pioneered the establishment of defined contribution funds, a trend that accelerated during the late 1980’s and early 1990’s as trade unions gained more influence and companies took advantage of the commercial certainty offered by defined contribution funds.

Today NBC is a leading force in the South African employee benefits arena, providing a comprehensive range of employee benefits products and services to 120 registered pension and provident funds, representing the retirement fund savings of more than 350 000 members.

NBC Holdings (Pty) Ltd has an Internship Programme for Graduates commencing 01 February 2018
We aim to give working experience to the successful candidates in their respective field of study for a period of one year.

We seek graduates with the following qualifications:
• BCom General
• BCom in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
• BCom Auditing
• BCom Accounting
• BCom – Law or LLB
• Bachelor of Arts
• Bachelor of Business Administration
• BSC in Actuarial Science

Requirements:

  • Computer literacy – MS word MS excel and MS outlook
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent voice/telephone manner

Preference will be given to previously disadvantaged South Africans in line with our Employment Equity Plan.
