Essential Qualifications – NQF Level

• Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
• Bachelor of Science: Honours

• Advising managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
• Answering employee questions
• Answering manager questions
• Collecting HR data
• Communicating internally
• Contacting relevant parties (e.g.; employment agencies; potential applicants) via phone; email; etc. during recruitment efforts)
• Coordinating applicant interviews (e.g.; scheduling; providing travel arrangements)
• Generating HR Reports
• Integrating information from various HR database sources
• Managing customer expectations

Minimum Experience Level

• Minimum of 3 years HR Consultant experience
