Qualification

National diploma in Property Valuations or B.Sc Hons degree in Real Estate, majoring in property valuations (essential)
National diploma in Property Valuations or B.Sc Hons degree in Real Estate, majoring in property valuations (preferred)
Candidate Valuer (without restrictions) registered with SA council of Property Valuers Profession.

 

Requirements

Candidate Valuer (without restrictions) registered with SA council of Property Valuers Profession.
Registered with Institute of Valuers or Black Valuers Association preferable.
Good understanding of the commercial property market would be preferable.

 

Responsibilities

Compile valuations of all types of properties for mortgage lending purposes, including insurance valuations, assessment of property risk and ensuring compliance with procedures,
Attend site / technical meetings,
Contribution to continuous improvement in methodology, quality & accuracy,
Build and maintain client relationships (internal and external),
Assist valuations manager to manage projects and building disbursements, as necessary.
