Key responsibilities

• Execute controls per required frequency
• Evaluate control efficiency on delivered reports
• Report and manage RA leakages to functional heads and process owners
• Secure mitigating actions to correct RA leakages and mitigate risks reported (ongoing)
• Enforce and support the roll-out of RA controls within the revenue generation value chain
• Provide feedback process enhancements to business process management function (ongoing)
• Control environment include but is not limited to:
  • CDR/EDR flow from generation, via mediation to billing, on all billing systems.
  • Circuit reconciliations across provisioning and billing systems and networks
  • Product risk evaluation and monitoring
  • Commission validation
• Ad hoc projects and special projects

 Requirements, Experience and Attributes

The ideal candidate for this post should have the following:

Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Accounting, Mathematics or Commerce, with specialization in information / industrial engineering, information systems.
• Finance diploma or degree will be advantageous

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a telecommunications environment
