Key responsibilities
Daily Sales Tracking & Reporting
- Prepare and distribute daily sales report
- Reallocate sales as required
- Manage ongoing changes to the report
- Prepare and distribute month to date and monthly channel partner reports for each channel partner
Systems readiness analysis and improvement of enablement systems
- Ensuring that relevant processes are put in place to ensure that the systems from which sales data is drawn is appropriately maintained. This will be achieved in support of all IT developments and initiatives
- Advising stakeholders of improvements and change requests required to improve channel efficiencies
Channel Partner Commissions
- Compile and distribute monthly commissions reports by Channel – Upfront

Channel Manager’s report
- Attend to and resolve daily sales and commission discrepancies queries
- Attend Channel Partner meetings as required
Invoice Processing
- Processing of Channel Partner commission invoices
Upon receipt of invoice from Channel Partner, complete payment request walk though for sign-off, then submit to finance for payment
Follow-up, attend to and resolve Channel Partner payment invoice queries
Sox Control Management
General office assistance
- Process invoices, e.g. temporary staff payments, Channel Partner promotions, general expenses
- Assist with walk through of creating purchase orders
- Follow-up on payments

Requirements, Experience and Attributes
The ideal candidate for this post should have the following:
Qualification and Skills:
- Matric
- Administer sales functions like sales management information, channel partner commissions, sox control and general channel partner support.
Experience:
- At least five years relevant working experience in a Telecommunications Environment.
