The Nestlé Future Talent Programme (NFT) is a highly sought after programme that sees in excess of 6000 applications per year. It is made up of the Graduate Development Programme for Graduates, In-Service Training & Internships for students that require work integrated learning for their qualification and vacation Work for those that would like to experience the world of work during the winter and summer vacations. The NFT programmes provide an introduction to the working world of Nestlé, as well as a strong foundation for further development.

This not only allows Graduates and students to gain the confidence and skills they need to become specialists in their functions, but also allows them to identify their future area of interest and an opportunity to join the organisation through the Graduate Development Programme
