A well-known house hold name in the Medical NGO environment is looking to employ a customer service orientated and experienced individual. The successful candidate will manage, maintain and support the IT Infrastructure by adhering to SLA’s and policies and ensures the implementation of best possible solutions. Manages specific IT Related projects according to Project Management PMBOK Methodology
The successful candidate must have:
• A+ qualification
• N+ qualification
• MCSE qualification
• 2-3 Years working experience as a Network Engineer with knowledge of the CISCO IOS
• CCNA working experience (advantage)
• Drivers License
• Able to work overtime / standby as and when required
• Willing to travel to other branches with a stay-over

Key Performance Areas of this position include:
• Maintain the server and Network infrastructure
• Administer the Server and Network Infrastructure
• Maintaining and controlling user access and the use of network resources
• Perform Regular backups of data
• Provide First line Support of Network and Servers
• Second line support for the User’s Desktop
• Monthly reports on Server uptime and downtime
• Install IT Infrastructure
• Configure IT Infrastructure
• Maintain IT Infrastructure
• Assist with data recovery
• Manage IT related projects
• Managing IT related projects
