Job & Company Description:
An entrepreneurial services group, operating within the retail and IT & Telecommunication industries, seeks an experienced and eager to learn Accountant to join their dynamic finance team based in Centurion.

The successful incumbent will take on a hands on approach within the finance department of the assigned business units.

In this role you will work closely with the Group Accountant and Group Financial Manager.

Typical duties will include, but will not be limited to:
Cashbook management (this includes high activity, and low activity)
Assist with reconciliations
Inter-company accounts
Understanding of relevant tax codes within the cashbook
Reconciling Pastel reports to MS Excel spreadsheets
Education:
BCom in Accounting or Finance

Skills & Experience:
Completed SAIPA articles OR 2 to 3 years accounting experience
Experience with Pastel essential
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment
Team player
