Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage boat build, manufacturing, and R&D programs.
• Handle budgets, prepare costings and quotations for boats and trailers.
• Plan and provide product and after-sales services.
• Ensure quality control and manage relations with suppliers.
• Execute each boat and trailer contract from start to finish.
• Develop and monitor project budgets and cash flows.
• Manage procurement processes, including RFQs and supplier negotiations.
• Ensure timely updates to the operations administration system.
• Oversee supplier deliveries, quality control, and client acceptance procedures.
• Direct packing, shipment preparations, and commissioning of goods.
• Provide technical support for technology transfer and training programs.
• Deliver regular project reports to senior management.

 

Experience & Skills:

• Strong project management abilities
• Technical expertise in boats (not ships)
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with engineers, technicians, boat builders, and suppliers
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
