Key Responsibilities:

• Cast spells in Delphi and C# to create and maintain our awesome software.
• Team up with our eclectic mix of product managers, designers, and fellow developers to bring ideas to life.
• Write code so clean it makes Mr. Clean jealous.
• Banish bugs and troubleshoot issues faster than you can say “syntax error”.
• Participate in code reviews, sharing your wisdom like Yoda to young padawans.
• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest tech trends, because who doesn’t love a good trend?

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or you’ve hacked into the Matrix.
• Proven experience as a Software Developer with mad skills in Delphi and C#.
• Mastery of object-oriented programming (OOP) – you dream in objects and classes.
• Database design and SQL prowess – you can navigate them blindfolded.
• Git-fu – you have version control superpowers.
• Problem-solving ninja with an eagle eye for detail.
• Stellar communication skills and the ability to work well with humans and robots.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Web development wizardry (ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS – you know, the usual suspects).
• Knowledge of Agile development – you can sprint without breaking a sweat.
• Familiarity with software testing tools because your code deserves to be flawless.
