Are you a CA(SA) seeking an unconventional, dynamic role where you can apply your analytical and financial expertise? This exciting opportunity offers a unique blend of finance, commercial insight, and strategic projects!
Join a fast-growing, innovative business as a Business Analyst in their finance team. You’ll be reporting directly to the Financial Director, gaining exposure to executive-level decision-making. This role focuses on supporting special projects, including payroll analysis, B-BBEE tracking, and commercial modelling. It’s perfect for a forward-thinking CA(SA) who enjoys analytical work, making strategic contributions across the business.

Other duties include:

• Special projects and initiatives driven by the Financial Director
• B-BBEE tracking and business action management
• Root cause analysis and process enhancement in payroll
• Commercial modelling and operational KPI development
• Internal audit review and process improvement
• Maximizing incentives (ETI, DTI) and supporting facilities management

Education:

• Qualified CA(SA)
• Strong academic record with first time board passes

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Exceptional Excel proficiency
• Experience in the BPO industry (advantageous)
