Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their energy needs.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients’ solar energy requirements and propose tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Keep updated on the latest solar technologies and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Customer Education: Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and long-term sustainability.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare accurate and compelling proposals, including cost estimates, system specifications, and financing options.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including installation and support teams, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in solar solutions sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy technologies and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Motivated, self-driven, and passionate about promoting sustainable energy solutions.
