Our client has an opportunity for a New business sales representative.

Minimum Requirements

• Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office

• University degree ideal

• Knowledge of customer service principles

• Knowledge of basic business principles

• At least 5 years’ experience in corporate sales

• High levels of experience and skills in making presentations

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets

 

Job Specification

• Source and develop client referrals
• Adjust sales presentations and product design by researching current and prospective client needs and wants

• Prepare sales action plans and strategies

• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline

• Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials

• Report on activity and results, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses

• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

• Negotiate with clients

• Develop sales proposals

• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email or in person

• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
