Role Summary / Purpose:     CEF’s Internship Program is designed to give university/college students challenging work assignments, developmental feedback, and exposure to leadership. The duration of our internship program is 24 months and combines hands-on experience with formal performance feedback & coaching to help participants transition into the workplace.

Requirements

The applicant must:

• be a South African Citizen
• have excellent academic records
• be between the age of 18 and 25 years
• be unemployed
• not be registered or have been on any Learnership or Internship Programme
• have a completed Qualification ( Degree or 3 Year Diploma)
• demonstrate the ability to be a team player & leadership ability
• be results-driven

Who qualifies for this programme?

We, therefore, invite applications for an Internship programme which will commence on the 1st July 2018. The program is open to university and college students of the following various disciplines:

• Strategy: Degree in Business Administration with Strategy as a major
• Information Technology: National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology / Information Systems / informatics Diploma
• Finance: BCom in Accounting
• I-Gas: BCom Accounting / BSc / B.Eng in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• Energy Projects Division: BSc / B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering
• Corporate Services: National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
