Job Title: Lawyer
Job Location: Kwa Zulu-natal

Responsibilities:

• Deal with and advise clients on registrations, processes and requirements
• Draft founding documents and oversee paralegals for registration processes
• Draft supporting documents for applications and oversee compiling and lodging
• Conduct research and draft advice and opinions
• Keep current with changes in legislation, advising clients and adjusting processes and documents
• Draft and edit contracts, codes and other documents required.

Requirements:

• Admitted attorney
• Experience in commercial drafting
• Adaptable, service-orientated and collaborative
