Position Title: Senior Manager
Mission and Main Objectives •To develop and deliver people management strategies which support the NSA overall strategic aims and objectives. The jobholder will be expected to contribute at both a strategic and operational level in order to identify HR priorities and recommend appropriate people management solutions which support business aims, in addition to providing a customer-focused HR service. The jobholder will provide expert professional advice and support to managers and staff on all aspects of people management, which fully reflects the NSA’s desire to be an employer of choice, current employment legislation and best practice.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities • Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management practices.
• Organizational Development including organizational structures, change management etc.
• Compiling, maintaining and standardization of Organizational Policy and Procedures according to N-CAM Standards
• HR Operational Budget Management and Control
• Headcount Control and monitoring
• Recruitment and Selection, On boarding and Termination.
• Measure and monitor adherence to Organizational Policies and Procedures
• Manage and develop direct reporting staff
• Lead the transformation strategy of the organization
• Liaise with other HR Business Partners so as to understand all necessary aspects and business needs and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements
• Talent Management, Retention and Succession Planning
• Performance Management and Control
• Implementation and Development of HR Systems to accommodate efficient operation of Group HR including Compensation and benefits.

• Organizational Structures
