Normandien Farms (PTY) Ltd requires the services of an experienced and well-motivated IT Network Administrator to be based in Newcastle (Normandien)

Job Title: IT Network Administrator
Location: Newcastle

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
General IT Server & Network administration for local and remote sites
Maintaining Active Directory, Microsoft 365
Server management
Keep all IOT devices active, updated, optimized and protected
Manage Firewall
Network, hardware & software monitoring, optimization and support
Develop and maintain SOPs, Diagrams and documentation
Manage infrastructure expansion designs and installations.
Setup and Maintain Fire Towers, solar power system, PTZ camera and Point to Point Radios

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Matric/grade 12
A+, N+ preferable with other IT qualification advantageous
Broad knowledge of hardware and networking
Good problem solving skills
Ability to work unsupervised
Good with people and good communication skills
Ability to close out tasks Occasional after hours work
Ability to work under pressure
Valid Driver’s License
