Vacancy Details

Our client, a private investment company associated with the Mining industry, is currently looking Microsoft Dynamics ERP Analyst’s to join their team in Johannesburg! The ERP analyst works closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the ERP system.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Configure the system to meet the business requirements and customise the system as needed
• Perform system testing and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the implementation process
• Ongoing maintenance and support of the ERP system
• Monitoring system performance
• Ensuring data accuracy
• Implementing updates and upgrades to the system.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure that they can effectively use the system to perform their job functions

 

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification and/or relevant certifications
• 5+ years relevant system analyst experience
• 3+ years specific Microsoft Dynamics experience
• Strong analytical background
• Ability to understand business process, analysis and test enhancements
• Good communication & Teamwork skills
