Stipend: R2 500.00 per month

Duration:  (12-month contract)

A learnership is offered in the following field of study: Construction Road Worker Learnership NQF Level 3 for Unemployed Youth – Centres in all District Offices that are: • Ngaka Modiri Molema District (Ref. NMM 01 / 2017) • Bojanala District (Ref. Boj 01 / 2017) • Dr Kenneth Kaunda District (Ref. KK 01 / 2017) • Dr Ruth Segomotsi Mompati District (Ref. RSM 01 / 2017).

NB: Applicants are requested to state the district reference number that they prefer to be stationed at.

Requirements: • Passed Grade 11 (Std 9) with Mathematics / Mathematical Literacy and English) • Between the ages of 18 and 35 • Not have participated in a learnership before.

How To Apply
Applications must be accompanied by a signed Z83 form, and recently updated comprehensive Curriculum Vitae, as well as originally certified copies of the school report, ID document, and the names of three contactable referees. Failure to submit the requested documents will result in the application not being considered. Persons in possession of a foreign qualification must furnish this Department with an evaluation certificate from the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA).

Applications should be forwarded in the Department, since applications received after the closing date indicated below will, as a rule, not be accepted. It will be expected of candidates to be available for selection process on a date and at a place as determined by the Department.

Applications can also be hand delivered at Old Parliament Building, Office 133, Ground Floor, Main Registry, Modiri Molema Road. Late, e-mailed or faxed applications will not be accepted.
