ADT Security is looking for an office administrator to join our Nelspruit offices. The overall purpose of the position is to supervise & ensure the efficient running of the front office and all administrative functions.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
• Grade 12
• Fully bilingual (Afr & Eng) with excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Proficient in Listener (scheduling, reporting, contract capturing) & Accpacc
• Valid driver’s license & own transport
• Have very good knowledge & understanding pertaining to the entire business
• Capacity & flexibility to work overtime
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Switchboard & Reception
· Assist walk in clients
· CAD – Listener: Loading of contracts, quotes, update/change details, holiday instructions, patrols etc.
· CAD data cleanse duties
· Process & load Installation quotes
· Assisting Branch Manager with daily tasks & act in his absence
· Assisting Branch Manager with daily tasks & act in his absence
· Reports – Various daily, weekly & monthly reports (Daily sales, Leads received, Find U, Red & Green flag, SFE, 0 Billing, Service no radio etc.)
· Sales Mobility – Access, process, load, assist with interface problems, make/move appointments
· Process all purchase orders
· Liaise, process and assist clients regarding account credits, refunds, cancellation letters, complaints & queries on a daily basis
· Health & Safety SHE rep duties
· Assist with all aspects pertaining to office assets & building maintenance
· Receive payments and forward to Finance
· Assist with Operations Break in reports, Activation reports, Insurance letters
· Admin pertaining to LSS schemes
· General HR assistance: Recruitment admin, Leave applications, termination packs, timesheets etc.
