SALARY : R212 106 (Total package of R301 275 per annum/conditions apply)

REQUIREMENTS : An appropriate recognized three year B degree and/or National Diploma in Public Administration, Business Management or NQF of equivalent level or Grade 12 with extensive relevant experience in the rendering of executive support services in a similar environment. Experience in diary management, secretarial functions; Good computer literacy; Good interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), decision-making and organising skills; Understanding of the Public Service systems and procedures; Ability to work under pressure and independently with limited supervision; willingness to work extended hours when required.

 DUTIES : Provide administrative support services in the Office of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) performing the following functions: Render secretariat support including diary management in the Office of the COO; Managing incoming and outgoing correspondences; Manage filing system; Provide efficient logistical support for meetings; Taking minutes at meetings; Assist in procurement of goods and services; Provide client liaison and stakeholder management; Effective and efficient financial administration and HR administration; Perform duties as directed by the supervisor.
