Primary Responsibilities
IT Division
Filing
IT stock control
Create purchase orders
Receive and send equipment to other branches
Meter readings
Creating computer access accounts
Travel bookings
Administrating and managing all IT related contracts (e.g. ITEC, Online-direct, Telkom)
Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by your manager
IT Admin Supervisor
To provide service activities on company systems, including installation, discontinuance, relocation, diagnosis, emergency repair etc while minimizing equipment downtime, ensuring client satisfaction, and assisting less experienced field engineers providing on-the-job training and work direction as well as to be responsible for supporting SGS’s client base.
Cease the use of any equipment that may be deemed to constitute a safety hazard or enter hazardous environments without the necessary knowledge and protection and report the situation to higher authority to take action.
Cease to carry on with work that may affect the quality (integrity) of services and report the situation to higher authority to take action.
Initiate a formal improvement request when a deviation of the system occurs, possible improvements are identified or when nonconformity is identified.
To conduct all the admin responsibilities and duties in the IT and Automotive division.
Education
Strong skill required on Office administration
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)

Strong administration background (5 Years Experience)
