- Minimum qualification: Matric
- Minimum of 5 years office management or relevant people management experience in a client facing role/ environment
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Excellent problem solving/ trouble shooting ability
- Good time management with a sense of urgency
- Hard working and shows loads of INITIATIVE
- Ability to organise functions and corporate catering
- Ability to manage the in-house crèche
- Good computer literacy skills including good working knowledge of MS Office, Internet and MS Outlook
- Highly presentable and well groomed
- Good attention to detail
- Good understanding of the budgeting process and ability to draw up, maintain and motivate for a yearly budget
- Exposure to office moves and construction advantageous
