Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify, recognize, and establish opportunities through an aggressive and consistent approach via cold call activities to take all available products in the portfolio to market i.e. Office Automation (Konica Minolta), IP Telephony, CCTV (Hikvision) and IT Support.
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections to get them to make a purchase
Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations
Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
Desired Skills and Experience
Skilled customer service ability both telephonically and at client premises.
High level of resilience and the ability to deal with rejection handling.
Excellent written and verbal communication relating to customer interaction.
Good listening skills and attention to details and ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
A great sense of self-motivation, ambition, and determination.
Ability to achieve desired results both individually and as a part of a team.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Be able to work under pressure
Must be fluent in English (written and spoken in a business context).
Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle
