Those Ogilvy believes suit its needs and show potential for the kind of ground breaking ideas that can define the future of the communications industry, will be offered a job, kicking off with a six-month training and rotation programme and a full bursary for their final year of study.

During your time at Johannesburg or Cape Town, you will be exposed to major sub-disciplines and divisions of the business, and be guided by peer and senior mentors who will take you through the six-month programme.
This is not an internship. It is a carefully designed work placement that has been put together to speed up your transition into the industry, exposing you to all the major sub-disciplines, helping you identify your strengths and weaknesses, and find the niche which will best suit your passions and your abilities. After which you will be permanently be placed into one of our divisions.
