Ohlthaver & List Group of Companies Recruits Graduate Trainee

The purpose of the Talent Attraction Programme is to identify, attract and retain talented Namibian graduates who display the passion and potential to be developed into future Leaders of the O&L Group of Companies. Furthermore, it aims to provide valuable development and work experience to graduates to enable them to become competent and self-driven in their careers.

Graduates will be on a one year development program under the guidance of a competent and experienced mentor in a similar career field. The development program aims to provide training and exposure programs to equip candidates to improve their knowledge and experience with the aims to further their career.

Person requirements Namibian Citizen
Bachelor Degree holder
Superior academic achievements
Highly driven, self-motivated and diligent person
Degree requirements Bachelor / Btech / Honours degree in the following fields of study:
Marketing and/or Sales
• Engineering (Marine, Industrial, Electrical & Mechanical)
• Finance (Economics /Commerce /Accounting)
• Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology
• Industrial Relations Management
• Procurement
• Agricultural Science (Animal Nutrition & Dairy Management)
• Hospitality / Restaurant Management
• Property Management
• Logistics
